This tart is baked exclusively in a medium size (7 inches / 18 cm),(700 gr) perfect for sharing 9 servings. The ideal treat to enjoy with family or friends.

Our artisanal basque cheesecakes are prepared daily with fresh ingredients to ensure they are always creamy. They are never frozen and can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For the ultimate experience, we recommend taking them out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving. This allows them to reach room temperature, enhancing their texture and flavor.
